Newly opened Hollywood attraction Escape Hotel turned former popular Japanese restaurant, Geisha House, into a gigantic maze of escape rooms that make you feel like you just entered a horror movie.
Prior to opening, owners Kitti Herczeg, Ion Beroiz Lopez and Ivan Leon reached out to Chef Maverick for her expertise in conceptualizing and creating a simple but creative menu for the cafe. The menu includes a selection of 4 delicious sandwiches and 4 unique salads that truly impressed both owners and guests.
This was not the first time working with the Escape Hotel establishment. A few months prior, Maverick was cast as a model, playing a creepy circus harlequin for their promotional shoot alongside a deadly clown and other carnival characters.
