Well, it's actually happening!! L.A. based celebrity chef, Chef Maverick, will be bringing her delicious cuisine to Durham, North Carolina for her Southern Holiday Tour!
Chef Maverick is a Los Angeles-based personal chef who has country roots in Atlanta and Tennessee, so she knows her soul food! Although Chef Maverick's experience has allowed her to be well-versed in cuisines from all over the world, embracing their unique herbs and spices, soul food is her heart and it shows in every mouth watering bite.
Having her own sensitivities to certain ingredients, Chef Maverick is very passionate about sharing her ability to create amazing dishes that cater to people with food sensitivities (specifically allergies to gluten, vegetarian, and vegan), and also people who just want to make better food choices...but still want the comfort that grandma's food used to give them. On 11/22/17 Chef Maverick, along with her talented sous chef Rah (also known as Rachelle Burchette), will be in Durham showcasing her holiday cuisine with her southern friends. If you are wanting BOMB gluten-free or vegetarian food (or regular upon request), or just want to finally try Chef Maverick's food this Thanksgiving, then make sure to pre-order your dishes asap.
Starting November 13th you will have an opportunity to select from a menu of classic holiday favorites like macaroni & cheese and cornbread dressing or desserts like peach cobbler and banana cream cake. These classics will available in gluten free, vegetarian and vegan alternatives, and comes in 2 sizes (small and large).
Pre-ordering will close on the 18th of November and your items will be hot and ready for pick up the day of November 22nd, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm.
